II. On what basis do we process your personal data?


We process users’ personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 and the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

III. How do we protect your personal information?


Simultaneously with the registration at the Inspector General of the Personal Data Protection, the Controller implemented the Privacy Policy of the personal data and safety policy of the IT system to, which ensures the efficient protection of your personal data.

The most important elements of the data protection system include:

B. The access to your personal data is allowed only to those employees who had been trained correspondingly to the personal data security policy and signed proper obligations which compel them to protect the data.

The applied technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of the processed information corresponding to the requirements defined in the personal data protection laws including the regulation from April 29th 2004 on the documentation of data processing and the technical and organizational conditions, which should be met by devices and IT systems for personal data processing. The Personal Data Controller undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and art. 6 section 1 point f GDPR Act of 25/02/2016 on data protection in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Responsibilities of the Personal Data Controller:

  • Pursuant to the Buyer's voluntary consent, the Personal Data Controller is lawfully collecting, processing and storing personal data.

  • Users’ personal data shall be stored for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing, i.e. until the withdrawal of consent if the processing is based on such consent, until the statute of limitations for claims by the Controller and the other party in respect of the performance of the concluded contracts (in the case of sales/service contracts, 2 years, counting to the end of the year), and until the completion of the processing of an email enquiry or the completion of complaint handling.

    We may use profiling for direct marketing purposes, but the decisions made based on profiling shall never concern the conclusion of or refusal to conclude a contract, or the possibility of using electronic services. The effect of using profiling may be, for example, to grant someone a rebate, send them a discount code, remind them of unfinished purchases, send them a product proposal that may match their interests or preferences, or offer them better terms compared to our standard offer. Despite the profiling, it is the person in question who freely decides whether to take advantage of the discount or the better terms and conditions so received and make a purchase. Profiling involves the automatic analysis or prediction of a person’s behaviour on our website, e.g. by adding a particular product to the shopping basket, browsing a particular product page, or by analysing hitherto history of this person’s activity on the website.     A. Registration

    During registration we ask that you provide data that is necessary for creating an account on thanks to which you do not have to waste time on filling in the order form again every time you purchase an item. By registering you save time the next time you shop. After logging in, the registered client can also verify the status of the order as well as shopping history. The registered and logged in client can correct, fill in or delete the data from at any time by oneself.

    During the registration, please submit:

    1. name and surname - necessary to issue a proof of purchase and address the package.

    2. address (street, number/number and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary for addressing the package;

    3. E-mail - necessary to log in to and for communication connected with the use of

    B. Placing an Order

    While placing an order, please provide all necessary information needed to execute your order. Some will be partially obtained from the information that was provided during registration in the case of registered and logged in clients.

    When placing an order, please provide the following:

    1. name and last name or name of company/institute – necessary for issuing proof of purchase and addressing the package;

    2. address (street, number/number and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary for addressing the package;

    3. VAT ID – necessary for providing proof of purchase.

    If an external payment system is used for payments, all information that passes through the payment operator's page gets registered in his database only and are not available or stored by cooperated with the following payment operators:

    C. Newsletter Subscription

    D. Remarketing Google Adwords (cookies)

    The Website uses the Google Adwords remarketing tool. This tool allows to publish on the web the Google ads content based on users previous visits on our site. For this purpose, our pages contain remarketing code or label that configure the cookies in order to identify the type of ads that will be displayed to the user, according to his previous visits to the Website.

    Remarketing lists are stored in a database on Google servers, which stores all the cookies IDs assigned to each list or category of interest.

    The exercise of the above rights shall take place on the basis of the user’s request sent to our address. Such a request shall contain the user’s full name.

    b) where the data is necessary for the performance of an agreement - during the performance of the agreement and until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the agreement (3 or 6 years; in the case of a 6-year period, pursuant to Article 118 of the Civil Code this period shall be extended until the end of the calendar year in which this 6-year period expires - e.g. if the 6-year period expires on 1 May of a given year, the limitation period shall be extended until 31 December of that year). The limitation period shall start running on the day on which the claim is due,

    c) where the processing is based on the legitimate interest of the controller - until you make an effective objection,

    d) for tax and accounting purposes - to the extent and for the period required by applicable law.
