The ATR-4R is designed to signal transmission via twisted-pair cable for longer distance, ensuring signal transmission up to 1500 meters. It is important to pay attention to linking the adequate terminals: (+) and (-).

The ATR-4R can also work together with passive devices designed to signal transmission via twisted-pair cable.
