The AG-EXTREME/3G paste allows a perfect heat transfer between elements such as: a heat sink and the CPU, GPU. The substance is a dielectric (not an electrical conductor), which provides protection against various electrical hazards.


The product can be easily applied to various elements of computer equipment, LED diodes, filling micro irregularities between the contacting elements and ensuring perfect heat dissipation.
