ANTENNA AMPLIFIER AB-012 DVB-T 5V

The AB-012 mast amplifier of Terra company is a device intended for individual installations and small collective installations for several outlets, e.g. in single family houses. Amplifier is equipped with 3 inputs enabling to connect 3 receivers or further distribution to more outlets.

Maximal output signal level is equal of 103dBµV (IMD3=60dB, DIN45004B) and ensures good distribution of the signal to a few outlets. Amplifier is also characterized by low level of noises below 1dB. The main advantage of the AB-012 amplifier is low power consumption equal 0.3W, due to use special designed 5V power system.

This value of the voltage is in accordance with DVB-T standard (EN 300 744). The 5V voltage is present on the antenna input of the digital terrestrial television receivers. Using the AB-012 amplifier instead of standard amplifiers powered with 12V, allows to avoid using additional power adapters in the system.
