Advantages

Xblitz Classic is a budget dash cam with a standard design similar to other offered models.

The plastic housing is well-fitting, and the buttons on the side with markings at the front panel of the device make navigating the menu easy. With a large 2.7-inch display, the dash cam is lightweight and compact. A swivel joint in the mount allows easy adjustment of the dash cam in any position. Like other Xblitz dash cams, Classic starts automatically at power on (by turning the key in the ignition switch) and shuts down several seconds after the engine is turned off. XB-Classic is a budget dash cam with basic features.

Disadvantages

The quality of recorded videos leaves much to be desired, with the vehicle licence plates especially difficult to identify. Similar to Ghost, Classic records videos in the legacy AVI format. The resulting image quality and the compression ratio are very low. The format offers low compression ratio, which means that the videos stored on the memory card take too much space and have lower quality compared to the videos in MOV format used by other Xblitz models. The recorded sound volume is also very low. The IR illuminators on the front panel do not affect the image exposure. The field of view is relatively low at 120 degrees.
