When do you need an optional power supply 5V/2A on the HDMI+USB-EX-60 extender receiver?

It may happen that the keyboard and mouse will have too much power consumption and then you should connect the appropriate power supply.

Normally, the power supply is not needed. We tested the operation on 60 meters of cable with a connected mouse and no power supply was required.
